Ryan Hartt & the Blue Hearts

Ryan Hartt & The Blue Hearts are one of the hardest working blues bands in the Northeast. Labeled as “a real find for blues fans” by Vintage Guitar Magazine, the band has been been voted Connecticut’s “Best Blues Band” by the readers of the Hartford Advocate four times. The Blue Hearts are three-time winners of the CT Blues Society’s Blues Challenge, and have competed three times in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN. Dubbed an “East Coast master of the jumpin’ West Coast sound” by Blues Revue magazine, singer and harmonica player Ryan Hartt is widely considered one of the premier harmonica players in the Northeast. The rhythm section of Nick Toscano on drums and Mike Law on bass have recently wrapped up a tour backing Mark Hummel and Rusty Zinn. Joining the Blue Hearts is young Philly Blues guitar sensation Zach Lees.
